Break Point Capital LLC (Break Point) is an independent business and M&A advisory firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Break Point's Managing Member, Amin Hariri, is an experienced finance professional and private equity investor, having served as the CFO of multiple PE-backed companies and successfully executed buyout acquisitions representing over $1 billion of invested capital.

 

After a successful 25+ year career, Amin is now advising founders and management teams on capital raising, business planning, and M&A efforts.
